The Department of Computer Applications, under the MoU with Avanteia Technologies Pvt. Ltd., successfully organized a seminar titled “Cyber Security with AI Awareness” for the F.Y. B.C.A. students on 17th July 2026.
The session was delivered by Mr. Nikhil Malgi, Director, Avanteia Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Mapusa, who shared valuable insights into cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and safe digital practices. The seminar aimed to enhance students’ awareness of emerging cyber threats and encourage responsible and secure use of digital technologies.
Participation
A total of 50 students attended the seminar and actively participated in the informative and engaging session. The interaction provided students with an opportunity to gain practical awareness about cybersecurity and the importance of maintaining safe digital practices in an increasingly AI-driven environment.

The seminar served as a valuable learning experience, helping students develop greater awareness of cybersecurity risks, AI technologies, and responsible digital practices. The session encouraged students to adopt a more informed, cautious, and secure approach to the digital world.
