The Department of History organized a talk on “Iconography of Goan Sculptures” for F.Y.B.A. and S.Y.B.A. History students.
The session was conducted by Dr. Rohit Phalgaonkar, Assistant Professor, Department of History, and Coordinator – Centre for Archaeological Studies, Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Government College and Research Centre, Virnoda-Pernem, Goa.


💡 Session Highlights

Dr. Phalgaonkar provided an engaging overview of the symbolism, artistic elements, and cultural narratives reflected in Goan sculptures.
