The Department of Commerce, in association with Empirical Academy, Mumbai, conducted an informative session on
“Investor Awareness Program” for S.Y.B.Com students on 10th October 2025.
The session aimed to educate students on the importance of financial literacy, investment planning, and responsible decision-making in today’s dynamic economic environment.
Resource persons from Empirical Academy highlighted key aspects of stock market basics, mutual funds, financial goal setting, and risk management, providing students with practical insights into how to begin their investment journey responsibly.

A total of 125 students enthusiastically attended the session and actively participated in discussions and Q&A rounds.
