Infrastructure To Facilitate the Learning

Department of Physical Education

Through the Department of Physical Education of our college, coaching in various games and sports is imparted either directly or with the assistance of Government coaches/Departments.

Our students have undergone rigorous training in Air Pistol and Air Rifle Shooting at Peddem, Mapusa under the guidance and expertise of national coaches. Several of them have made it to the inter-Varsity and National level.
Coaching in various games and sports throughout the year in judo, cricket, chess, weight lifting, power lifting, best physique, swimming, diving, boxing, taekwando, badminton, table tennis, etc.

Internet Facility

Our college offers its Internet facility to its staff and students, free of cost, through its Computer Science Department.

Co-operative Society

Our College has established a Consumer Co-operative Society for Students and Faculty. The Co-operative Society, which was established in 1978, caters to a variety needs of its members. A student can purchase books and stationery at reasonable rates from this society. Every student is expected to contribute Rs. 12/- towards the share capital of the co-operative society.

Audio – Visual Room & Conference Hall

Our college has a separate Air-conditioned Audio-Visual Room and Conference Hall that is equipped with modern amenities including a T.V., V.C.R., a Sound System, L.C.D. projector, OHP’s, cordless and collar microphones, etc. The Conference Hall can accommodate over a hundred people and enables us to conduct seminars, workshops and guest lectures for both the faculty and students. Plans are a foot to build a separate auditorium hall.

Food Korner

Our college has a canteen that caters to the faculty and students. The menu is adequate and nutritious and is made available to all at a nominal rates.

Common Room for Girls

Girl students can utilize the Common Room that has a bathroom and facilities for rest and recreation.

First-Aid

Students in need of First-Aid can obtain the same from the College Office.

Counseling Cell

All the students in need of the counseling services can avail the same, thrice a week from a well renowned counselor, Ms. Melanie Braganza, .

Besides this, the college and the various departments conducts regular talks, competitions, courses to to ignite the students abilities and enable them to transform towards excellence.
